Volvo receives a huge number of electronic files every day. In most cases everything works fine, but in certain cases there is a need for a supplier to contact Volvo. Volvo has defined two types of contact needs to support:
- Technical problems
- Non-technical problems
Technical problems occur if a partner is unable to communicate or if the partner cannot interpret an error message that is sent out from Volvo as a consequence of the initial check. If an invoice is not paid in due time, or a delivery schedule does not match a purchase order, Volvo regards this as a non-technical problem.
