Strategy
We help corporate functions, business areas and business units define their strategies and the related implementation plans. Through our other core competencies, we are able to assist our clients all the way through to results realization coming from a strategy defined upfront.

Program Management
As management consultants we are able to help business customers design, launch and steer large transformation programs, which often combine change in product / market strategy with organization, process and system changes. In this role we may also help our customer manage larger project teams that can combine internal and external resources.




Business Change Management
We accelerate results through a complete range of change management competencies and services, helping to manage organizational change in various contexts: business transformation, large IT programs, organizational changes. Change management activities include communication, training, people transformation and roll-out support.

Process Excellence and Performance Management
At a time when Lean Management and continuous improvement is becoming the standard in industrial companies, we help our customers deploy process improvement initiatives in their organizations, not only in manufacturing but also in corporate functions and in commercial networks. The goal is to reach operational excellence in terms of cost, lead time and quality. Performance Management puts the focus of process management on tangible business results, and can be applied both to business operations and to transformation programs.

Operating Model and Organization Design
As a multinational company with multiple brands, product categories and business models, the Volvo Group executes a global operating model based on an organization with many dimensions.
