New retail strategy
Volvo Trucks launched a new retail strategy, resulting in the need to integrate its wholly owned dealers. This included establishing a standardised IT environment for sharing data and information.

Bundle of managed services
In order to provide dealers and partners smooth access to Volvo business applications, Volvo IT developed Retailer IT (RIT) - a bundle of managed services that include connectivity services, client environment, support and complementary services.
